VERTICAL WAREHOUSE
The vertical warehouse consists of a metal structure with vertical development intended for the storage of metal sheets; it consists of ten shelves on which are placed as many drawers equipped with wheels that slide on steel guides.
The drawers are enslaved by a horizontal shelf equipped with vertical translatory motion imparted by a metal link chain kinematics.
Sheet metal handling is handled by the lift table that picks up the various layers from the drawers in the vertical magazine, descends by weighing the load on a product weighing bench, and then unloads it onto the loading bay.
The man-machine interface consists of a synoptic screen through which the operator can call up the storage or retrieval route of the metal sheets. The vertical magazine is intended to be installed alongside a laser cutting machine from which it will receive control signals.
